At The Fjordlings items are crafted with care. Please read our policy before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item when appropriate.

  • 3D Printed Items Disclaimer: Slight layer lines or minor surface variations are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not defects.
  • Color Disclaimer: Colors may appear slightly different depending on monitor or device settings.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or carrier first.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
