Fjordlings Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Fjordlings. Every Fjordling is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged to arrive safely at your door.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Limited edition, made-to-order, or custom-painted figures may require additional production time. If an item will take longer than expected, the estimated processing time will be noted on the product page.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Typical delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when offered

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears to be delayed, please contact us. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before they can be reshipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
